Another brutal play call on 4th and 1. Run the GOD DAMN BALL!!!
You've got to be kidding me goes to the D-line. Granted Jeff Garcia is a tough guy to sack beacause he is so mobile, but Garcia did pretty much whatever he wanted today.
The Vikes should have gone after Garcia last off-season. Gus makes everyone around him worse. He's a statue, an innacurate statue. It's hard to blame the defense when they were on the field all game.
the nfl is to blame, quit making the vikes play good teams. Bring on the chiefs!
I agree that the D-line deserves most of the blame. They never got a very good push going and allowed Garcia to scramble. The turning point in the game seemed to be the duck Garcia threw on 2nd and 25 down to the goal line. Somebody needed to make a play on that floater.
On offense we seemed to get away from our bread and butter. AP was breaking off 5 yards a pop. We just didn't have the ball enough in the 2nd half....
