The 'were comin' goes to the special teams after giving up 2 punt return TD's and almost a 3rd to Reggie Bush? Remember the opening kickoff? Haha. What a crazy game. Frerotte looked great. He made every clutch play that he needed to and the defense came up huge. I loved that we were blitzing so much. The saints O-line didn't know what to do and we constantly had guys in the backfield putting pressure on Brees. We need to do that more often. Great game - alot of fun to watch.
The special teams also scored over half of the team's points. When you have an offense like the Vikings, you aren't going to win games unless you get a little help from either the defense of special teams.
Naps, I know. I was half joking...although the special teams did give up half of NO's points as well.
Player of the game has to be Antoine Winfield. That guy is a stud.
