Why did gus throw the ball over 40 times? AP looked fine and even if he has a bad hammy, we have CHESTER. Why are the Vikes throwing the ball over 40 times in one game!?!?!

Why don't we run the ball to get a little breathing room at the end of the game instead of being balls deep in our own endzone?

Hey, Jared Allen, don't move until the quarterback says "hike."

I don't even know what to think after watching that mess. I'm going to nominate Chili for a second "You've got to be kidding me" of the game. I have no idea what goes through that guys head.

Yeah, AP had room to run. I understand that they were playing catchup, but still, the Vikes should never ever throw the ball that much.

Another 3rd and 1 and they decided to try to make a big passing play down the field, missed it and stalled a promising drive in the 2nd half.

After a tremendous game against Carolina, the defense was dissapointing, especially against the run where they are normally dominant.

I don't know who deserves the 'you've got to be kidding me' It was pretty much a team loss today. Maybe I'll give it to Ziggy then.

Please fire Chili. His play calling is brutal.

A team that has made as many personell overhauls over Chili's tenure but keeps making the same boneheaded mistakes reflects shitty coaching.

Overall, just a brutal game. Ced Griffin got picked on all game by the likes of Justin McCariens and Justing Gage. The pass rush didn't do much most of the game, but you can't really blame the defense when you turn the ball over 4 times. I thought Gus looked ok at times, but when things break down and the 1 or 2 receiver isn't open, he gets terrible happy feet and can't make a play.

Tennessee is a very good team, but we looked pretty bad the entire game. The hope is that the schedule gets a lot easier now, and almost every game is winnable. The only thing is, do i want this team to win 9 games and Chili stays, or win 5 and Chili is fired???

I agree. If the Vikings do just well enough to keep Chili, I'm going to be pissed.
I would love to have Mike Timlin at the helm right now.

You mean Mike Tomlin?? Mike Timlin is still sucking air in the Red Sox bullpen. I expect more from a great GF herald sportswriter mind.
