have i mentioned i hate skip brainless? and 2 live beef stews? listen to them attempt to talk about swimming and other olympic sports that aren't baseball, basketball, football, hockey, etc... IT IS BRUTAL!
espn continues to amaze me. i never thought it could get this bad.
I really hope that the new sportscenter set up keeps me away from watching cold pizza more than i have to. I watched it today for the first time and it sucks that espn doesn't have all of the rights to show olympic highlights. Once the olympics are over, though, i think we are going to see way too much football coverage, as always, on espn. I can't wait for the mlb network...
Phelps looked like he was hurting a bit on that 200 fly yesterday. He managed to lower his world record by like a tenth, but afterward he looked pretty dissapointed with his race. Just proves how good he is...gold medal, world record, dissapointed. REDiculous.
his goggles were full of water. he couldn't even see. swam a race blind and still won it.
booya.
p.s. i'm listening to around the horn talk about how he isn't the greatest olympian ever. ummm... wouldn't the person with the most gold medals ever be considered the greatest olympian ever?
1. Naps is in charge here. He breaks the rules when it is necessary. Don't reference the rules after things he's posted. If he broke one, it's more than likely because you said something stupid.
2. While racial slurs and shots at people's sexual preference can be funny, use them sparingly. We do like to sound somewhat intelligent here.
3. This is a blog about sports played by other people. No one cares how well you golfed last weekend.
4. Don't start consecutive posts for topics that are closely related. (e.g. Don't write about Livan Hernandez in one post then start a new post five minutes later whining about Mike Lamb.)
5. New posts are for new topics. Don't bring up old issues.
